CONGRATS BOX TOP WINNERS!

This year’s box top champion was Bella Gutches (Kinder) winning first place and Cayden Gutches (First Grade) taking second place.

Ms. Smith’s 4th Grade Class won the class prize of the most box tops for the classroom contest.

Thanks to all who participated. Please continue to collect the box tops throughout the year as there will be additional contests and you can always submit box tops to your teachers for additional funds to support our school.

PTO vs PTA

This year, the PTO has been reviewing the benefits of changing from a PTO to a PTA. There is a TON of support that comes with being a PTA so at the upcoming September meeting there will be a vote to determine if next year we should make this switch.  Please join us as we move towards growing for our school!

Smart Boards

Last year we really had a successful year with our Scholastic sales. Many of you may not know, but when you purchase books through our school’s Scholastic Book Fair, we earn credits which we can in turn use to purchase items for our school. This year the PTO voted to purchase TWO Smart Boards for our school to utilize. The teachers are very excited about this new tool for teaching and we are excited as a PTO to help provide our children with all these beneficial items!
